The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development presented their Gold Level Million Dollar Award to Linda Zwicker- Assured Mortgage- Lake Mills. The Gold Level Award recognizes lenders who have played a significant role in the success of USDA Rural Development's Guaranteed Rural Housing (GRH) program in Wisconsin. Awardees have utilized in excess of two Million of GRH Program funds in Fiscal Year 2005, in financing home purcahses for local residents. Linda was recognized as the top GRH Lender in Wisconsin for 2005.
USDA Rural Development Wisconsin State Director, Frank Frassetto said, "Partnering together is a great way to leverage our resources to meet the challenges put forth by the Bush Administration to increase homeownership in rural America and improve the quality of life for many rural Wisconsinites. We value our partnership with Ms. Zwicker of Assured Mortgage."
